Seven Squares shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, website downtime, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Prepaid hosting or maintenance fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
